Formerly a management consultant in New York City, David led a practice whose clients (some international) were engaged in all types of health care delivery and regulation. Since relocating to Canada in 1992, he has brought his consulting experience and skills to BC, particularly in strategic planning, human resource management and organizational change. He has acted as coach and consultant to senior managers in corporate and nonprofit settings.
