However, I want to draw particular attention to two services that I can deliver effectively world wide. Over the past two years, I have pilot-tested these with clients in an online environment and I have found them to be a highly efficient way of gathering and analyzing information. The services are:
An online Board self-assessment, with which I can assist Board members to take stock of how well they are meeting their responsibilities, highlight their successes and plan for improvements.
An online SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Threats, Opportunities) analysis, with which I can assist organizations to effectively gather critical information from stakeholders, prior to engaging in strategic planning.
In the future, I plan to develop the website further and hope to provide links to resources that will be of use to nonprofit organizations working with families. Periodic updates will be made to the site including new links to trusted associates who specialize in different areas that might be helpful to my clients.
